ROLE
Vision Nine Group are looking for a Head of People to join their Cloud Nine holiday resort team.
Working closely with the General Manager this person would be responsible for resourcing and building the Cloud Nine team from permanent management roles to full summer crew. They would be responsible for recruiting and maintaining the workforce over multiple sites throughout the UK.
This person needs to be strategic thinker and have good experience working in the hospitality and events industry with a wide knowledge of HR, scheduling and performance management.
They will be working across multiple sites maintaining workforce, implementing management strategy and looking after the welfare of cloud nine staff.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
Significant HR, People and Talent experience within hospitality or leisure
Discreet, high integrity and fair in dealing with all people and situations
Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to working
Post graduate HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) desirable
To continuously produce and review management information in all HR areas, identifying trends / variances and making commercial recommendations
To oversee the implementation of performance management throughout the group
Strategic thinker
Excellent leadership, communication and people skills
IT literate
4 years’ experience in the hospitality and events sector
