We are are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns for Boardmasters, NASS festival, Rock Oyster, BBC Music Introducing LIVE and an exciting new event series.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting various campaign efforts, resulting in sold out festivals and growing diversified revenues.

This role is suited to someone with previous experience as a Marketing Assistant or Intern.
Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager to support day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns for Vision Nine festivals and events
Supporting Senior Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager with across-group non-artist event content announcements as required, e.g. sport. Responsible for gathering all assets and updating event websites
Day-to-day management of below-the-line (street team, venues etc.) marketing campaigns ensuring all activities are delivered on time and to budget
Briefing below-the-line (street team, venues etc.) creative, digital and artist assets, ensuring marketing materials are produced on time and aligned to brand
Day-to-day management of key social channels (Boardmasters, BBC Music Introducing LIVE)
Responsible for maintaining and updating event websites including but not limited to Boardmasters and BBC Music Introducing LIVE
Monitoring and chasing deliverables and assets for various marketing and commercial partnerships
Day-to-day management of Vision Nine trade marketing efforts
Input into reporting decks and marketing documents as required
Assist Brand & Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager with marketing department admin
Champion the highest standard of attention to detail and implement best practice marketing procedures
Identifying cross-functional opportunities working alongside the wider Vision Nine marketing team
Proven understanding of B2C marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix (festival/event experience preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent understanding of social media
Independent individual and collaborative team player
Good communication skills
Organised, professional and resilient with strong attention to detail
Interests in surfing and wellbeing would be an advantage
