We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support us across our UK festivals and fast-growing new venture, Cloud Nine.
Naturally, you’ll love events and festivals, but we’re also keen to hear from you if you have experience within travel or fashion/e-commerce.
If successful, you’ll be joining a hard-working and close-knit team. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, who can think on their feet and spin multiple plates.
Working closely with the Brand & Marketing Director and Brand Marketing Manager to support day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns across products including but not limited to NASS, Boardmasters and Cloud Nine Glamping.
Supporting the Marketing Manager in delivery of brand marketing across core festival brands.
Work with wider festival teams to develop a strong, year-round, content marketing schedule which engages our audiences, grows our databases and drives ancillary revenues.
Support across all artist announcements. The Senior Marketing Exec will act as point of contact for bookers and ensure that all announcement/line-up assets are approved, with no artist names misspelt or billed incorrectly
Working with internal and external creative teams and agencies to deliver campaigns that effectively communicate the festival or event’s proposition. Briefing creative across digital and print, ensuring marketing assets are produced on time and aligned to brand
Day-to-day management of digital and website agencies ensuring all campaigns across the department are delivered on time and to budget
Day-to-day management of all core festival social channels
Write and produce automated and bespoke e-newsletters, messenger marketing campaigns and additional customer comms as required.
Day-to-day management of marketing partnerships
Ensure all core festival websites are kept up-to-date and continually assess usability
For the events they are responsible for, manage all onsite photography and filming
Input into reporting decks and marketing documents as required
Champion the highest standard of attention to detail and implement best practice marketing procedures.
Identifying cross-functional opportunities working alongside the wider Vision Nine marketing team.
Proven experience of delivering B2C marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent understanding of digital marketing.
Creative, with strong copywriting skills.
Independent individual and collaborative team player.
Good communication skills
Organised, professional and resilient with strong attention to detail.
