We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns across our festivals and events, with a particular focus on NASS – the UK’s biggest celebration of music, street art, skate and BMX.
Reporting into the Brand & Marketing Director, and collaborating closely with wider agencies and the creative team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional marketing delivery, resulting in sold out festivals and growing diversified revenues.

Supporting the Brand & Marketing Director in implementing marketing and brand strategies for events/brands including but not limited to NASS and 2020 launches.
Devising and implementing marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix of below and above-the-line channels (where relevant) for applicable events and festivals. All campaigns will be delivered on time, and to budget with a clear understanding of KPIs. Responsible for keeping key stakeholders updated on progress and timelines.
Presenting marketing plans to the Brand & Marketing Director for approval
Continually monitoring and optimising campaigns to ensure best-practice and use of budgets
Working with bookers, event management, partnerships and sport teams to deliver campaign calendar for applicable events
Management of all artist announcements across assigned festivals with support from Marketing Executives. The Marketing Manager will act as point of contact for bookers and ensure that all announcement/line-up assets are approved, with no artist names misspelt or billed incorrectly.
Working with internal and external creative teams and agencies to deliver campaigns that effectively communicate the festival or event’s proposition. Briefing creative across digital and print, ensuring marketing assets are produced on time and aligned to brand.
Leading on digital marketing and social strategies. Ensuring digital agencies and Vision Nine Marketing Executives are well briefed and deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
Management of festival content output, in particular management of influencers and contributing bloggers, athletes, ambassadors, content producers across key social channels.
Overseeing delivery of at-event-content, including but not limited to festival socials, sports broadcasts, live streams and sport results.
Working closely with Marketing Executives to ensure delivery of ATL and BTL assets and campaigns
Ensuring all decision making is rooted in data & insight. Prepare and update key documents efficiently and accurately including budget trackers, comms calendars and material for senior stakeholders.
Working with Rights & Partnerships team to develop new initiatives which assist ticket revenue and commercial revenue goals. Ensure all partnerships (marketing and commercial) are delivered across applicable events.
Day-to-day management and briefing of PR/comms agencies across relevant event campaigns
For the events they are responsible for, manage all onsite photography and filming
Champion the highest standard of attention to detail and implement best practice marketing procedures
Identifying cross-functional opportunities working alongside the wider Vision Nine marketing team
A proven track record of successfully managing B2C marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix (festival/event/promoter experience preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent understanding of digital marketing. You should be able to point to successfully growing a brand through digital marketing initiatives in a previous role.
Creative, with strong copywriting skills
Ability to analyse campaigns and make decisions/recommendations based on data and insight
Experience working with senior stakeholders and external agencies
Independent individual and collaborative team player
Exceptional communication skills
Organised, professional and resilient with strong attention to detail
Experience in action sports is not essential, but would be a benefit
